Monica reached out about a sweet sixteen session for her amazing daughter Logan! Seniors and teens are one of my favorite subjects to photograph so naturally I’m so excited! We get to talking and planning for the session and both mom and dad expressed some concern on making sure it was a Sweet 16 vibe and not senior photos. The key to that was wardrobe and props! Sixteen is so close to that high school senior age. Fun outfits with joyful smiles and birthday props was the way to go for her session without getting that more serious senior photo feel.

Logan brought along some friends to amp up the experience. She had her own girls there to cheer her on and we of course got some really fun photos of all of her best friends together. We took some simple family photos as well. When everyone is together there is no reason not to!
